Formerly the chef and manager of Café Osage since the café opened in 2008, David Kirkland designed his menus with a local farm to table philosophy that people still love and respect. Utilizing fresh grown vegetables from the Bowood Farms garden, Kirkland worked closely with the region’s growers and farmers to plan for each season and to promote sustainability in the St. Louis restaurant scene.
Beginning this spring, Chef David Kirkland presents Turn, a café open for breakfast and lunch in the Grand Center neighborhood. Kirkland uses locally sourced ingredients to create his spin on American traditional.
